Find Out In the Upcoming Professional Development Workshop:

"Technology Trends 2007" on February 6th. 

 

Glen Horton, the Technology Coordinator for SWON Libraries Regional Library
System, will lead this three hour informative session. Libraries are
increasingly dependent on technology to deliver user services. Glen will
lead a discussion of recent and emerging trends in technology and how
libraries will be affected by those trends. You will learn about recent
developments as well as what to watch for in the coming year. Discussion
will focus on trends relating to desktop/mobile computing, storage,
software, networking, and the Internet.       12:30-3:30 p.m. 

Location: SEO Annex in Caldwell, OH. 

Cost: Free to libraries with an enhanced membership. $60 for all other
library staff.
