Hello everyone,
 
I am looking for policies for residents/young people from group homes.  We seek policies or documents that cover financial responsibility for lost or damaged books and what level of authorization guardians or group leaders have in signing for underage library card applications by these residents.  (This also concerns permission for Internet usage and video/DVD checkout.)
