Program Description:
This workshop will include an overview of the facility, the building
envelope, different types of maintenance required for different types of
equipment applications, types of equipment needed for various
applications, thermodynamic principles, IAQ, energy management and the
need for proper documentation and recordkeeping. 
The cost to operate a building is continuing to increase due to the
rising cost of energy. Having equipment operate at their optimum
performance while maintaining indoor comfort levels is what we are
after. Lower operating cost saves vital energy resources, relieves
stress and strain from equipment and lowers emergency breakdowns. 

Meals: No meal is included in this workshop
