Marlene Ressler has been employed with the Preble County District
Library of Eaton, OH for 21 years. Responding to the county's needs, she
developed an outreach program to local area nursing homes and homebound
residents. She also served as a Preble County Council on Aging Board
Member for 6 years.

      Description

You already know that the baby-boomers are aging. You already know that
statistically the population in Ohio is aging. You also know that the
most loyal and frequent patrons are the seniors in your community. Or
did you? Outreach Librarian, Marlene Ressler has been serving the older
adult population for over 15 years. You will find her insights and
programming ideas very enlightening and applicable to your library.
