TWTC 60 Minute Outage 7/15/2008 2am

All,
    Just a heads up, Time Warner: TC has an annual maintenance event 
scheduled for the 15th at 2am. This will take down all TWTC connectivity 
in the Columbus area, which is the main connection for the State of Ohio 
Computer Center, and therefore all of the OPLIN network. See below for 
the TWTC event description:

> Maintenance Window Length: 60 minutes

> Details of Maintenance:  TWTC engineers will be upgrading the software 
> on the customer aggregation device at the TWTC Central Office.

> patience and apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance window 
> may cause.
