Library Director position available for the Milan-Berlin Township Public Library.  Two small community-based libraries make up this unique system. The ideal candidate will be community minded and possess strong communication and public relations skills.

Position involves experience in current library service technologies and automation, personnel administration, budget management, and innovative library practices.  Candidate must possess the ability to cultivate community relations with service organizations, businesses, state and local public officials and other local libraries.  Candidate should also have experience with grant writing and possess an understanding of governmental funding sources.

Qualifications include an MLS from an ALA accredited program preferred but not necessary.  2-3 years of administrative/supervisory experience.  Salary range commensurate with experience and qualifications.
