[OPLINLIST] Tutors with Tails program

We will be starting a Therapy Dog International  "Tutors with Tails"
program this fall to help children who are having trouble reading.
Does anyone have a similar program already in place in their libraries?
I am looking for information on how to structure the program, criteria
for children participating, scheduling etc.

(The canine component is in place.  "Staff Members " Murphy and Marley
passed their Therapy Dog certification tests last week.)
