others handle change is the key to succeeding in today's ever-changing
library world. This presentation will address the five important things
you and your staff can do to cope with the transitions in your life. 

You will have an opportunity to choose from two of the four breakout
sessions:

 *         Web 2.0: The Stuff That Really Matters and Basic Budgeting 

*         Training Staff to Deal with Difficult Patrons and Community
Involvement

Finally the day will end with Empowering Your Staff to Make Decisions:
One of the greatest challenges a manager faces is to empower employees
not only to make decisions, but also to be accountable for the outcome
of those decisions.
