Solving the Personality Puzzle In Your Library

      Location

At your desk--through the Online Wimba Classroom.

      Description

***You will receive a personality profile to self administer prior to
the start of this workshop.***

Are you a library staff member? Do you manage a department in your
library? Do you have to deal with patrons at the circulation and
reference desks? Are you on committees? Do you have a spouse? Children?
Friends? Of course you do! This workshop series is an invaluable tool in
understanding your own personality style, as well as understanding those
with whom you interact.

You'll be introduced to Tightrope walkers, Ringleaders, Attendants and
Clowns, and find out how we are all so different... and yet so alike.
Why do they do the things they do and why do you react the way you do?
Why do you struggle to communicate effectively with some people? Why
don't they have the same goals you do? Why don't they see things the way
you do (after all, you're right, right?!?)?

If you've ever asked yourself "why did they DO that?" attend this
informative and creative workshop series -- and find out!

You can choose to attend one session or the entire series.

*This workshop series is approved for 3 LEUs in the State of Indiana. *

Chambers of Commerce, corporations and other organizations to help them
nurture their most valuable resource -- their employees.

Linda's ability to combine humor and real-life experience with her

effectively.

Participants leave Linda's workshops with the tools they need to help
them enjoy life more, both personally and professionally.
