[OPLINLIST] DansGuardian at Community Library

The OPLIN Internet Filtering Assistance Program grant provided us the 
opportunity to replace our filtering with DansGuardian.

Level 9 Networks implemented it as an IPcop firewall add-on last Sunday.
It was running Monday when we opened.

As side benefits:
It allowed reducing our public terminals acceptance screens from 3 to 1
I also see improved network speed and foresee reduced maintenance time
