[OPLINLIST] E-Rate Reminder--January 15 last day to file Form 470

The State Library of Ohio would like to remind all public libraries that
January 15, 2009 is the last day you can post an E-Rate Form 470 for
FY2009 on the USAC website.  Posting on January 15 will still allow a
library to comply with the 28 day waiting period before filing a Form
471.  (However, remember if you don't file the Form 470 till January 15,
you will have to file your Form 471 on February 12, the last day of that
filing window).
