[OPLINLIST] Summary - Pros/Cons of Charging for Meeting Rooms

Thank you to everyone who responded!

Only one library reported problems with charging for their meeting 
room.  They had more problems with billing than it was worth, so they 
no longer charge for the meeting room.  Donations are encouraged at 
another library.  One library only charges if maintenance or 
after-hours staffing is required.  A few responded who do charge, but 
no problems were reported.  Below is a quick summary of their policies.

$25 for 4 hours. No charge for non-profit.  All groups pay a $50 
refundable deposit.  They must live/work in the county and do their own set-up.

$50 charge/no time limit.  No charge for non-profit.

Charge for profit companies only.
