You may want to check with your local Waste Authority, the Belmont-Jefferson Solid Waste Authority collects our scrap paper/cardboard and books debris, and pays us about $ 200 a quarter for the product.

I received an e-mail from this website along with other local directors.  Has anyone used them?  I sent them an e-mail and found out that they pick up white office paper, used bubble mailers and books that they shred.  They do not charge to pick up, nor do they pay for the recycling.
