[OPLINLIST] Job and Career Resources Workshops

Looking for help about how to respond to the needs of job seekers in
your community? There is still time to register for one of the five
remaining Job and Career Resources Workshops.  Upcoming workshops will
be held in Wilmington, North Baltimore, Crestline, Waverly and Maple
Heights. The workshops begin at 9:30 and end at 4:30. Lunch is on your
own. 

 

The goals of these free workshops are to ensure that: 

* Public library staff will be able to help job seekers connect with
employers and conduct job searches.
* Library staff will be able to direct job seekers to appropriate print
and online resources.
* Public libraries will be able to develop community partnerships to
conduct or participate in job fairs and workshops.
