[OPLINLIST] Marilou Suszko Speaking at the Clyde Public Library

Marilou Suszkou, author of Farms and Foods of Ohio: From Garden Gate to Dinner Plate, will give a presentation on Ohio's specialty farms and foods at the Clyde Public Library on Thursday, June 18, at 7 pm.  Her book not only has brief articles on small Ohio farms, it also includes 123 recipes based on locally grown ingredients. Marilou is a food writer and culinary instructor living in Vermilion, Ohio. This is the selection of our Adult Summer Reading Group for June, but the program is open to the public, too.
