I COULD JUST DIE!

Death by Cliff Notes mystery series by Vicky Tabor Branson

I could just die! This is the typical phrase you hear all teenager girls
say. Even the famous girl sleuth, Nancy Drew, who never leaves home without
her flashlight and magnifying glass, has been heard too often using this
phrase. And she is no longer a teen or even a true redhead.

Through the years life has not gone so smoothly for Nancy. She had a very
traditional life-- college, marriage, kids (now grown), cheating husband,
divorce, worthless partner in her real estate business, bankruptcy and
death, of course!

Now one of those pestering Hardy Boys wants her to help him solve a case.
She is not a detective. She is a middle-aged divorcee, who wishes she
killed her ex, with children that want to move back home, just lost the
family pet- Togo XI and can't find her left shoe, let alone find the missing
Mrs. Peacock (you have to be kidding). And a tree just hit her beloved blue
roadster.

Can our intrepid girl detective save the day again? Can she find the
missing Mrs. Peacock before it is too late or has she been murdered in the
conservatory with a candlestick? Or does she just need to curl up with a
good Agatha Christie and a cup of hot cocoa and call it a day?
