[OPLINLIST] Automated Phone System Menu

For those of you with an automated phone system, did you compose the
wording of the menu the caller hears or did you use a professional
service to compose the menu?  Do you have a script you are willing to
share?  

 

We implemented our own automated phone system last month and are
thinking we might have too many options...we'd appreciate hearing how
other libraries are handling their menus.
