[OPLINLIST] Self Pick-Up of Holds

Hello All,

 

We are looking to institute self pick-up of holds at our library and are
interested in what other libraries have experienced in terms of instituting
this change in service.  Were there any negative consequences, issues with
patron awareness that could be avoided, or alterations in operations that
were not anticipated?  Also, I would be particularly interested in how
libraries have protected patrons' confidentiality while still making the
system comprehensible to the user.
