The Tipp City Public Library is seeking a Public Services Manager.

Job Duties:

Supervises Clerks and Shelvers. Creates, maintains, and revises weekly
staff schedules and daily desk schedules. Supervises the shelving of
library materials and shelfreading. Supervises all aspects of
Inter-Library Loan, including processing requests, processing incoming and
returned materials, and reporting statistics. Supervises all aspects of
resource sharing through SEO consortium, including processing of incoming
and returned materials, packing and unpacking materials for delivery
through courier service, and processing expired holds. Works Circulation
desk and assists patrons in using online catalog. Develops, plans, and
implements outreach programs to community groups. Supervises delivery and
retrieval of materials to patrons in a variety of settings, including
retirement communities, private homes, child care centers, and schools.
Delivers materials and services.

Previous library and supervisory experience preferred.

Hours include evenings and weekends.  Salary is $27,000.
