Good morning,

An Adult Summer Reading Program Mini-Workshop was held online via WebEx
on March 29. There was a lot of interest in this workshop, but very
limited seating. On behalf of NEO-RLS and the other regional library
systems, and the OLC Adult Services Division, I'm happy to announce that
the workshop archive is now available for free viewing by anyone. The
presentations are also available for individual download as PowerPoint
files.

There is still plenty of time to plan and produce a nice summer reading
program for your adult readers!

To view the archive:

This is a large video file (runtime 92min) and may load more slowly on
some connections. As with a YouTube video, you may allow the video to
load fully or partially before viewing. Instructions are at the bottom
of the page below the video. This video will remain available for
viewing through the end of May.

available indefinitely.

Details about the workshop:

Workshop Title: Adult Summer Reading Program Workshop--Online

Description: Whether you're planning your first adult SRP or your 21st,
you'll find inspiration in this idea-sharing online workshop presented
by your adult services peers in Ohio public libraries. We'll talk about
planning and implementing special events and programs for adults,
selecting attractive prizes and incentives, promoting your adult SRP,
and doing it all on a budget that may be somewhere between modest and
nonexistent.
