Good morning,

Our recently constructed computer lab is used by patrons as well as the library to offer computer classes for the public. Do any of you allow community groups, organizations, or businesses to book your computer lab for a fee for their own training purposes? If so, what is your fee structure and do you set any limits as to how often you allow this? We have been approached by a couple of local businesses that wanted to book our computer lab for their own specific training purposes and they are willing to pay a fee. In addition to the 19 computers in our computer lab, we have 12 other computers for adults to use, as well as 10 computers for public use in our Teen zone. The computers are heavily used and we don't want to remove public access to our computer lab often, but a little extra income could certainly help us.
