[OPLINLIST] School Enrollment Revisited

I had asked for help regarding needing stats of enrollment for each county
of students in public schools. I was hoping to find a listing of counties
and number of students enrolled. The helpful folks out there tell me that
perhaps that is a hard stat to find because so many school districts cross
county lines. Okay, so this is a problem.

I am looking for these stats because the casino revenue is suppose to be
distributed to counties in an amount based on a percentage of their public
school enrollment numbers. The school districts are to receive monies from
the casinos. Hope I am not making this too confusing. I am not surprised
that someone in casino land decided to distribute in this manner without
knowing whether or not they can find accurate numbers or data.

I will probably have to do a count of each school district per county -- I
found a Canadian site with that data. I just hoped it was in a more
palatable form elsewhere.
