Diane Kovacs, is President of Kovacs Consulting - Internet & Web Training. She has more than 15 years of experience as a Web Teacher and Consultant. Diane has been designing and teaching Web-based MLA Approved CE Courses since 2001. She also designs and teaches Web-based courses for UIUC GSLIS LEEP, the ACRL, and other organizations.

Program Description:
In this economy, more and more of your customers are looking for good jobs, better training, temporary public assistance (Food stamps, Medicaid etc.), and many combinations of these critical information needs. In this very practical hour we will look at how the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services - http://jfs.ohio.gov/ - site provides the first steps for jobs training, jobs searching, and access to Food stamps, Medicaid, WIC, and other public assistance.

Meals: No meal is included in this workshop
