Youth Services Librarian

 

Applications are being accepted for a creative, flexible, and organized part
time (20 hours/week) Youth Services Librarian working in a department of
five.  Responsible for reference for children through grade 12 and their
parents; providing readers' advisory; writing monthly book reviews;
assisting with Teacher Collections; providing programming for toddlers,
preschoolers, and school-age children; outreach services. Familiarity with
"Every Child Ready to Read" principles and "Ohio Ready to Read" initiatives
highly recommended.  MLS required.  Nights and weekends required.   Salary
range $14-$24/hour.  Application deadline is May 14, 2012.  Send resume to
