[OPLINLIST] microfilming service

I have had several contacts w/ a company about microfilming newspapers:
Graphic Science.  The person who has been contacting me is Bill Terrell.  He
says he would like to do a free micro-film and then "discuss pricing in the
future."  He says they have been well-received in Ohio.  Does any one have
experience w/ this company or this person?  I am always suspicious of
anything "free" or "pricing in the future."
