OCLC’s WorldCat Resource Sharing system.  Join us on May 22nd to learn how
to automatically deflect requests for items in their collection that they
hold but do not loan over ILL.  This course covers how to set up, maintain,
and use deflection in WCRS via the ILL Policies Directory.
