[OPLINLIST] Photo Release Forms

Hi, everyone - 

 

For library-related events, workshops, and classes (in-house and within the
community), when do you all offer/require participants to sign 'photo/video
release forms'?

 

Are there certain rules you abide by (for instance, do you have a certain
number designated that determines, below that number of attendees, forms are
provided and above that number of attendees, the group is considered 'large'
and a form isn't needed?)?

 

We've recently encountered several parents of k-8 students asking that their
children not be included in publicity shots. Any suggestions or advice you'd
be able to provide would be welcomed. Thank you!
