[OPLINLIST] Damaged materials

Hi everyone,

 

We are reexamining our procedures for charging patrons for damaged
(especially partially damaged) items.  We want to create some guidelines to
help with consistency across our 10 libraries.  Would any of you be willing
to share the criteria you use to determine at what point an item is "too
damaged" and must be paid for by the patron?
