[OPLINLIST] Priority

Good Morning!

We are also having the same problems with Priority.  I get things late and some not at all and we have been charged for lost items that Priority has lost.  We also receive bags for other libraries in every shipment.  Usually we get  McComb and Putnam libraries.  I have reported this numerous times as well as tried to get a refund for what we have been charged and never get a response from anybody!!! I have also had the driver not show up or say he has nothing to bring us and then show up the next delivery with an over abundance of cargo.  I get very aggravated that we get no response back on the issues.
