Hello-

I am trying (and not doing very) to contact agencies that are working with and for the Affordable Care Act.  I would like to know where in my county (Summit County) we can send our patrons to get help to register for insurance.  So, far, I've been directed to Healthcare.gov and CMS.gov.  I have not been able to locate any information about where and when to send customers who need help.

I am also interested in proving meeting space for those agencies to come to my library to help people register.
But, I have been unsuccessful.

I contacted my representative (Tim Ryan) and received no reply.  I contacted Sherrod Brown's office and one of his aides contacted me and told me to contact the Akron Community Resources.   Attempts to contact by e-mail have gone unanswered.   I will try tomorrow to call by phone to see if I get anywhere.

I am e-mailing the Oplin list to see if anyone else has been successful in compiling accurate and current information to give to patrons on or around October 1st.  Or, are you just as frustrated as I am ?

Any ideas, comments and suggestions are welcome!
