[OPLINLIST] Choosing a catalog reauthorization vendor - how did you do it?

Everyone,

A question for those of you who've had reauthorization work done in your
catalogs: how did you choose the shop to do the work?

People on this list have work done by a variety of companies and been
happy enough with the results to recommend them to everyone.  What I'm
asking about now is: How did you choose your vendor?  What were the major
factors in your choice, and, looking back, would you weigh things
differently if you were doing it again?
