This webinar will feature the irrepressible Matthew Dyer, Head of Employee
Services at the State Library.  Attendees will

   explore assessment tools that are being used by various state agencies
   and how these tools are being used to change the culture of the state
   government's workforce

   understand why and how the State Library of Ohio is implementing a staff
   competency in Customer Focus

   learn about how a Customer Focus competency can have a positive impact
   in their libraries

   acquire an overview of two customer service training programs which may
   be useful for their libraries
