[OPLINLIST] Possibly fake patron book request?

Dear Collective Brain,

Recently, we've received emails signed "Allison Bell", asking that we
purchase certain books and notify her when they came in.  However, we
don't have anyone by that name among our patrons.

Has anyone else been getting emails from Ms. Bell?
