[OPLINLIST] background checks/fingerprinting

Would anyone mind sharing with me what type of pre-employment screenings you do? Particularly if you do fingerprinting or not. We currently do fingerprinting but have been having a hard time getting them back in a timely manner, sometimes taking an entire month, so we are researching different options.
