Hi all. A quick message from Lorrie, State ERate Coordinator:
Good Morning E-Rate Community,

February 26, 2015 - this Thursday - is the last day you can post a Form 470 to the USAC website and still meet the 28-day requirement before filing your FCC Form 471.  If you are new to the E-Rate process, USAC has included a video on their website that will step you through the Form 470.  To access the video, go to FCC Form 470 Video<http://usac.org/sl/about/outreach/videos/FCC-Form-470-How-to-File-Online.aspx> .

Please keep in mind you can submit the application online, but in order to certify online you must have an electronic PIN.  If you do not have a PIN, choose the "Paper Certification" option.  You will need to sign the certification and mail this to USAC.  I recommend using the street address listed at the bottom of the last page of the  certification,  and mailing in such a way that you can prove the postmark date such as USPS "Certified" or "Registered" mail.
