[OPLINLIST] eRate's EPC system and email

Hello all,

Many of you have changed email addresses since last year. As you may know, the admin account for eRate's new EPC system is whomever signed the 471 last year (FY2015). Thus, many of us will need to change this admin account information.

Here are the instructions USAC gave me:

Send an email to sldpr at gdit.com<mailto:sldpr at gdit.com> that has the subject line "Log in to EPC". Attached a document on the library's letterhead that states your name (first and last), your job title, and your current email address. Your email address needs to have your name in it. In the body of the email, write the library's best physical address, the BEN number and the best phone number. If you need to look up your library's BEN number, you can do so using this tool: http://www.sl.universalservice.org/Utilities/BilledEntitySearch_Public.asp

They should respond within 2 weeks. If you have any other issues changing your information, you can also call them at 888-203-8100
