COORDINATOR OF STAFF AND LIBRARY SERVICES – HURON COUNTY COMMUNITY LIBRARY



The Huron County Community Library seeks a customer service-oriented
professional to join our management team. This individual will serve as the
Coordinator of Staff and Library Services, draft job description attached.



*Responsibilities:*

The Coordinator of Staff and Library Services manages all aspects of staff
and library services at the discretion of the Director, assisting with
duties regarding personnel, training, facilities, purchasing, programming
and public relations.  Works closely with and implements procedures set by
the Library Director in regards to Library Board of Trustees policies.



*Qualifications:*

Bachelor’s degree, no less than 2 years of successful supervisory
experience preferably in a public library; must be able to use a personal
computer



*Salary and Benefits:*

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) position with full benefits and
starting salary of $23,400.
