The Licking County Library is seeking a Part Time Branch Assistant; 25 hours per week; $11.14 per hour; at the Mary E. Babcock Library (Johnstown Library) 320 North Main St Johnstown, OH 43031.
Job Summary:  Under the general supervision of the Branch Supervisor at the Mary E. Babcock Library, the Branch Assistant assists customers in borrowing and using Library materials, services, and equipment; assists supervisor and /or branch library staff with planning and presenting programs and services for all ages; and assists customers with reader's advisory information as appropriate.
Minimum Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

[*]      High school diploma or equivalent required.

[*]      Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of appropriate education, experience, and training.

[*]      Ability to provide own transportation when participating in off-site Library business or activities.

[*]      Must successfully pass a background check.
