[OPLINLIST] RFP for Evaluation of Ohio LSTA Five-Year Plan 2013-2017

The State Library of Ohio is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive evaluation of its five-year Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) program, as required by Section 9134( c ) of IMLS' authorizing legislation.  The attached RFP is for an evaluation that will highlight effective past practices, assess the efficacy in Implementing the stated activities and assess the impact that the expenditure of LSTA funds has had on the Ohio library community and their users.  The key findings and recommendations from the evaluation study will be used in developing the next five-year plan.  An evaluator will be selected on the basis of knowledge and experience with LSTA, particularly the Ohio LSTA program, work plan, including timeline and proposed methodology, and budget.
