Improving customer service is a great way to build good community relations, right?.  But what if you thought about everyone you communicate with-staff members, colleagues, end users-as "customers?"  Take your skills to new heights with Building Relationships with Respectful Communication on Apr. 24, 2017.  As part of our on-going Cultivating Connections series, OhioNET will be hosting this intensive, hands-on workshop, featuring Dr. R. Glenn Ray, that will focus on practical tactics and active learning opportunities.  Attendees will practice setting ground rules, being aware of non-verbal cues, using active listening skills, expressing expectations clearly and more!

I'm very pleased to announce this upcoming special event!  Note that lunch will be provided and is included in the cost.  Space is limited and registration closes Monday, Apr. 17th at 11:59 PM.
