[OPLINLIST] 2019 CSLP slogan and 2020 theme announced

Good morning, and many thanks to everyone who took time to vote yesterday for the 2019 CSLP slogan and 2020 theme. The Ohio vote was split among pretty much all the choices, but nationally, the votes have now been tallied, and our Ohio rep, Elaine Betting, and my Kentucky counterpart Krista King-Oaks report that the results are as follows:

2019 Slogan: "A Universe of Stories" - once again, by popular demand, one slogan for all ages! The program theme is Space in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Apollo Moon Landing!

2020 General Program Theme: Fairytales, Mythology, and Fantasy (slogan will be voted on at the 2018 meeting)

A reminder: the 2018 CSLP theme is Music and the slogan is "Libraries Rock!", with featured art by acclaimed illustrator Brian Pinkney (www.brianpinkney.net/main.html<http://www.brianpinkney.net/main.html>). And of course, the 2017 CSLP program is "Build a Better World" featuring the art of David Macaulay (hmhbooks.com/davidmacaulay/<http://hmhbooks.com/davidmacaulay/>).
