[OPLINLIST] How do you Roku?

Everyone,

Cuyahoga Falls Library is preparing to circulate rokus, and we're hoping that some other libraries will let us learn from their experience.  Who out there already circulates rokus, and how is it working out for you?  More specifically:


1)      Which models of Roku do you circulate?  Does anyone have any thoughts about whether refurbished Roku Premier 3s, new Roku Premier 4s, or Roku Express are best, or do you prefer something else?

2)      How many Rokus did you start with?

3)      Which apps do you put on them?

4)      How long do they go out for?  Can they be renewed?

5)      Can they be reserved?

6)      What late fees do you charge?

7)      Do you use a sign out form?  Do you use the form to control how old a borrower has to be? (As opposed to saying that teenagers who have Adult cards but are not yet 18 can borrow Rokus?)

8)      What is your maintenance procedure when Rokus are returned?
