[OPLINLIST] wind chill

In a word, no.  I know that it's cold, but library business (typically)
happens indoors.  We live in Ohio, and people need to dress accordingly.
If the staff here asked me this, I would remind them that there are places
that are much colder than Ohio, and these places have libraries that are
clearly open in this weather.  I'm not sure how I promote our services
(paid for by tax dollars by people who may well work OUTSIDE in this
weather) as being very important to the community if I close because it's
cold.

If there was no heat, that would be different.  But as long as the heat is
working, we will be here and open.

Like Michael, I am mean.  Nicer than him, but still mean.
