[OPLINLIST] code of conduct

Happy Friday everyone. I am revamping our library brochure and was
wondering if anyone puts the code of conduct on it. I'm also looking to see
what everyone else has as their code of conduct. If you don't mind sharing
would greatly appreciate hearing what everyone has on theirs. Thanks
