[OPLINLIST] Pulitzer Prize-Winning Author Richard Ford Visits Bexley April 23 / Tickets Now Available

*Bexley Public Library* invites you to join us on April 23 at Capital
University's Mees Hall to hear Pulitzer Prize-winning author Richard Ford. In
this special evening event, Richard Ford will discuss his life and career
followed by an onstage conversation with Pulitzer Prize finalist Lee
Martin. Writing since the 1970s, Mr. Ford is recognized as one of America's
greatest living authors. His novel, *The Sportswriter*, was named by *Time
Magazine* as one of the best 100 books written in English since the
magazine's inception. He won the Pulitzer Prize and the PEN/Faulkner Prize
for his novel *Independence Day, *the first novel to ever win both prizes,
and he was also named a Pulitzer Prize finalist for *Let Me Be Frank With
You. *His most recent book, *Between Them*, is a beautiful and stirring
memoir of his parents. And an eagerly anticipated film adaptation

 of Ford’s novel *Wildlife*, directed by Paul Dano and starring Carey

Students can attend for FREE by reserving their free ticket through
Eventbrite and bringing a valid student ID.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet Mr. Ford after his talk.

Mr. Ford's books will be available for sale before and after
his presentation courtesy of Gramercy Books.
