[OPLINLIST] Jay Miley Joins Staff of State Library of Ohio SEO Consortium

[cid:image001.jpg at 01D50645.25379F50]The State Library of Ohio is pleased to announce that Jay Miley<https://library.ohio.gov/news/jay-miley-joins-staff-state-library-ohio-seo-consortium/jmiley@library.ohio.gov> recently joined its staff as Library Customer Services Manager for the State Library of Ohio SEO Library Consortium in Caldwell Ohio. Jay is primarily responsible for the Library Management Software support for SEO membership libraries and oversees multiple library services provided by the SEO Consortium.  He is the liaison for SEO to the Ohio Digital Library, coordinates the SEO technical services committee and oversees consortium nation-wide borrowing.

Jay has 19 years of library experience, most recently working at Orrville Public Library where he was an Emerging Technology Specialist. Prior to that, Jay was the Circulation Manager at Mercer County District Library and Library Assistant II at St. Marys Community Library.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Ohio University and he is finishing his coursework for a Master of Library and Information Science at the Kent State University iSchool. Jay serves on the Ohio Library Council (OLC) Membership committee and previously served as a member of the OLC Northwest Chapter Action Council.
