Yes.
It states that face coverings will be required by staff and the public, unless any of the following apply:

  *   an employee in a particular position is prohibited by a law or regulation from wearing a face covering while on the job.
  *   a face covering is not advisable for health purposes.
  *   there is a practical reason a face covering cannot be worn.
  *   an employee is sitting alone in an enclosed workspace.

Under such circumstances that public cannot comply with face covering requirement, they will be invited to utilize curbside service.

Hi All,



With the COVID levels changing weekly and the mask requirement changing twice in less than 24 hours, I feel the need for a library regulation that won’t fluctuate weekly.

Does anyone who has patrons in the library for collection browsing have a requirement for masks independent of what state, county, or local officials say?  And can you share your statement with me?
