[OPLINLIST] Mask requirements?

Our Board added a mask and hand sanitizer requirement to our Patron Code of
Conduct in May.  We have disposable masks available, in case someone tries
to come in without a mask.  If they refuse to wear a mask we offer them
curbside service, but they are not permitted to be inside the library.
