We are interested in hearing pros & cons about Baker & Taylor.  What is the discount on items - 40 or 41% off the list price? Do pre-pubs come in a timely manner-a week before release date?  How is their customer service on damaged items or returns? Any library that needs separate monthly statements from more than one account number-does B&T do this.  Do they charge for shipping?
