[OPLINLIST] magazines/newspaper

We just opened to the public yesterday. TBH, I'm not worried about them.
First off, we don't have anywhere for patrons to sit down, so I believe
usage will be down. Magazines can be checked out and undergo the 3 day
quarantine before we check them back in.
Also, based on the REALM project, paper doesn't harbor the virus for long.
